Wildlife & Habitat:

We have worked on the conservation of a wide range of vertebrate species and vulnerable  habitats:  proboscidea; primates; carnivores; marsupials, chiroptera; ungulates; and avian flora;  in rainforests;  savannah landscapes; deserts; islands and coastal environments.

Global:

Loxodonta Natural World is a business partnership established by two conservation professionals.  Our global experience includes West, Central and East Africa, the Middle East, South East Asia, Europe and Southern Australia.

Experience:

Loxodonta’s Management Experience covers:

• Grant writing (including successful applications to USAID, US Fish and Wildlife Service, DfID and the EU);
• Governance and reporting – we have set up and managed NGOs operating in foreign countries and have provided long-term support to a coalition of African elephant range states;
  
• International legislation – in particular CITES, Ramsar, CMS;
• Development of Action Plans – have contributed to the development and implementation of National, Regional and Species Action Plans.
